At Party Greetings, we aim to provide quality party supplies, balloons, toys, and gift items. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—subject to the terms below.
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, after 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please note: Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and the nature of use, certain items are non-returnable, including:
  • Balloons (inflated or uninflated once opened)
  • Customized or personalized party items
  • Perishable goods (including flowers, food, or edible decorations)
  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Health, personal care, or hygiene-related items
These exclusions help us maintain product quality and customer safety.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
  • Items showing signs of use
  • Items not returned in original condition or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned after the 07-day return window
All returns are inspected upon receipt before approval.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary
  3. Contact your bank for further clarification

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Items purchased on sale, promotion, or clearance are non-refundable, unless defective or damaged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item, subject to approval.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect due to our error.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value items
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
